Design calculation and arrangement

Pipes are cut to size with a hacksaw for metal or grinder. Assemble the entire structure with certain skills in literally half an hour. And for this, you only need an imbus key (hexagon).
We complicate the task
Even such a purely functional room as a dressing room is created using the joker system without any problems. It is enough to follow the instructions below.
- we make the basis. The dressing room will be based on it. A chipboard panel with this geometry is used as the basis: the width is 2700 and the depth is 500 millimeters. Attach the plastic legs to the bottom of it. In order for the structure to withstand considerable loads, put large ones. Why are the legs? Then you do not have to drill the floor when installing the racks;

Using clips, we attach to the front legs a socle or a socle level. In addition to the decorative function, these elements will create an additional line of support.
- install vertical racks. As such, use chromed joker pipes 2 meters long (read, height). Fittings such as flanges and pipe holders are suitable for mounting.We fix two central racks at a distance of 900 millimeters from the right and left edges;
- set the upper horizontal wall. To make the wardrobe more reliable, use a stiffening rib with a length of 2700 and a height of 300 mm. With the help of confirmations, screw a horizontal wall to it with a depth of 482 and a length of 2700 mm. You can add extra strength to this mount by mounting angles. Attach the stiffener with dowels to the wall, and the vertical posts with the same flanges to the base;
- install shelves in the dressing room. To do this, we use this type of mount as shelf holders. They are single and double sided. The latter option is used when the shelves come to the pipe from two sides. The shelves themselves are made of chipboard and we are lining all surfaces. The elements of the joker mounting system allow you to install them at any height, so that in this regard, you also will not have difficulties. In the middle section, in order to maximize the use of space, install on the shelf below and above, and in the remaining place we place a pipe for hanging the shoulders;
- install the pipe for the coat hanger. In the dressing room, this element is as necessary as in the closet. Installation of two pipes is allowed. In any case, it is supposed to use such joker fittings as perpendicular connectors. First, with their help, we fix two pipe sections perpendicularly to the vertical posts, and then we fix the pipe for the shoulders with the same connectors;
- install modules with boxes. Having made such elements yourself, do not forget to attach the chrome handle rails to their facades (there is also such an item in the list of joker accessories).
