The design of the bench without a backrest is as follows: three metal rectangles, interconnected by two pipes forming the seat frame, serve as supports. - after the supports are connected by framing pipes, 8 holes are symmetrically drilled on each of them to attach wooden beams to them;

- seat boards are pre-saturated with stain or varnished;
- the seat boards should be attached last to the frame.

To connect the boards with the frame, it is necessary to stock up with bolts with a semicircular head and nuts. Quantity - 24 pcs.
Sequencing. Having completed the preparation of all the details of the shop, you just have to connect them. The first thing you do with your own hands is creating a frame for the seat.
- First, the transverse crossbar is connected with two segments of 350 mm. The crossbar should be located perpendicular to the segments and in the middle of each of them.
- Further, both bent segments 780 mm long are welded to this design. Welding is carried out at the bend of the pipe.
- The next step is welding to the frame of the front parts of the supports. This procedure must be carried out taking into account the following requirement: the connection point of the seat base with the front supports should be located at a distance of 9 centimeters from the front of them.
- For bench strength, the crossbar is connected to the front supports by pipes.
- At the final stage of manufacturing the frame with your own hands, two arcs are welded between the supports and the same operation is performed with overlays on the ends of the legs.
- The welding spots of the resulting structure should be sanded, and all of it should be primed and a layer of anticorrosion paint applied.
So, the frame is ready. Next, it is necessary to arrange the seat boards symmetrically on it. Thinner boards go to its back, and thicker ones go to the bottom. They are attached to the frame on each side with bolts.
